Paratrooper P15

Paratrooper P15 set an Australian Angus record when he sold for $160,000 at our 2019 sale.

By the well established sire of sires, EF Commando, the bottom side of Paratrooper’s pedigree features a who’s who of maternal Angus legends, with Highlander of Stern, MM Woody W100, Matauri Reality, Crusader of Stern and Hingaia 469 all in the mix.

Complementing Paratrooper’s structural, phenotypic and pedigree excellence, he also owns a brilliant, balanced EBV set, reflective of the all-round potency the industry requires of the Angus breed today.

The first crop of P15 sons went under the hammer at the 2021 Millah Murrah sale, shattering every record in the breed. 43 sons sold to average an incredible $46,990. At the head of the list were the two highest selling Angus bulls in Australian history, with Rocket Man R38 & Rembrandt R48 selling for a combined $520,000.

The 13-month Paratrooper son, Rolls Royce R275 annihilated the record for a true yearling bull of any breed when he sold for $110,000 to Heart Angus at Tamworth and Hallmark Angus in NZ. This bettered the previous mark of $54,000 set by Nugget N266 at our 2018 sale.

An APR yearling son of Paratrooper rewrote the APR record selling for $55,000 to top the previous APR record of $34,000 set by Kingdom M193 at our 2018 sale.

A bull set to make a massive impact on the Angus breed across the globe, semen demand far outstrips supply, so make sure to contact your semen supplier or ABS direct well ahead of schedule.
